This is my blog. Let me add to the thousands that start up and languish every day. Anyway, maybe it will all even out.

So my interests are as varied as you can get. And even if I try to categorize everything I’ll probably never talk about the same thing twice. My current interests are and in no particular order: science (long list here), business, fantasy and science fiction, food, social issues, video games, health issues, choral music, piano, crafts (sort of), gardening, wine, bike riding, relaxing, photography, and dogs.

I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and believe it or not, I do like winter, but would rather spend summers in British Columbia. I have had a various assortment of dogs in my life currently two pie-bald miniature dachshunds – Selena and Heloise; who have given me an incredible amount of joy and happiness.  I’m also married to such a sweet guy I’m constantly  amazed that he’s still here with me. And on occasion I’ve been told I would test the patience of saints and I suppose it may happen from time to time.

What is this blog about? Everybody being calm and just taking it easy.
